I love the bag. Feels and looks great and cream color is perfect . However, I used it for the first time on a trip to California last week. When I opened the bag to pack in it for the first time, one of the side snaps was missing so I couldn’t connect the two side zippers. I had to usec a twist tie to hold them together. I carried it on the plane, so it was only handled by me. But on my way home, the side zipper opened up and the contents almost fell out of the side. It was connected at the top and bottom, but busted open in the middle . I’m so disappointed because I love the functionality of the bag. Can you help me?

These are great! Holds an absolute ton of stuff. Seriously takes a beating and holds up. Looks great as well. Only thing I would suggest to improve is maybe have a metal zipper on the main part. The plastic zipper is holding up, but questionable for how long.
I really do love this bag. So stylish and versatile.
