We really are enjoying the Presidential Scent Diffuser. We coupled it with the Aroma360 “Allure” essential oil and our home smells incredible. We dialed back the recommended dosage and it gives a nice subtle scent throughout the home.
I didn’t give it 5 star rating because support has never gotten back to me on my question about the large hose that goes into the HVAC. The hose was far too short and wouldn’t unbend to be useful. So I asked about maximum length and size I could replace it with. I gave up on waiting and just went and bought one that was similar; it seems to be working just fine.
We also didn’t enjoy the aggressive sales tactics from the company. In the matter of an hour of our online purchase we had 3 different sales people contact us about upgrading to their VIP program. None of them seemed able to update our record in their CRM to note we’ve talked to a sales person. The one thing it did was convince me not to sign up for any sort of subscription/contract as their sales process was far too aggressive and not about us, but about them.
In short, great product. Non existent support. And aggressive sales I’d never do a contract with. I’ll continue to buy online as I need product.
